FAQ

How long does microblading last?

On average, microbladed brows will last up to 12 months. During that time, the drawn hairs will slowly start to fade, and most clients desire refresh 6-8 months for brows that are always perfect.

Is the treatment painful?

The level of discomfort is relatively minor. Some liken it to tweezing two to three hairs at the same time. Topical anesthetics are used to help ease the discomfort.

Why is a second appointment necessary after 6-8 weeks?

The second appointment is necessary because everyone heals differently and therefore the outcomes vary. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the color and brow thickness by adding more strokes.  YOUR BROWS ARE NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL AFTER YOUR SECOND APPOINTMENT.

How long is the procedure?

It usually takes 2 hours from start to finish, with most of the time spent shaping the brows. The microblading portion lasts 30-45 minutes.

How long is the healing process?

The majority of healing is completed within the first 10 days, but healing is considered complete after 28 days.  Follow all aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the best result.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

It is always recommended to "shop" for brows that you like on our Instagram feed or elsewhere online.  These images help the artist best shape the brows to your liking.  Please also see the recommended instructions for preparing for your appointment:
