Natural brow microblading / 3D ögonbryn in Höllviken

Almost all consultation appointments turn into treatments.  For this reason, a mini-consultation is done at the beginning of every treatment appointment where all questions can be answered.  Please read below to learn more:

How does the procedure work?

We will first talk about  the treatment in detail and answer all lingering questions.  The entire appointment usually takes 2 hours from start to finish, with most of the time spent shaping the brows. The microblading portion lasts 30-45 minutes.

What to expect

Is the treatment painful?

It is not painful, only uncomfortable at times.  The level of discomfort is relatively minor. Some liken it to tweezing two to three hairs at the same time. Topical anesthetics are used to help ease the discomfort during the treatment.

How does the healing process work?

The healing process is a bit special: the brows are very dark days 1-3, they then begin to flake and peel during days 4-7.  The color is very light after the peeling stage (days 8-21) but color continues to come back to the surface as the skin heals from underneath.

The majority of healing is completed within the first 10 days, but healing is considered complete after 28 days.  Follow all aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the best result.

The second appointment is necessary because everyone heals differently and therefore the outcomes vary. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the color and brow thickness by adding more strokes.  YOUR BROWS ARE NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL AFTER YOUR SECOND APPOINTMENT.

How long will my new brows last?

On average, microbladed brows will last up to 12 months. During that time, the drawn hairs will slowly start to fade, and most clients desire refresh 6-8 months for brows that are always perfect.

Am I a good candidate? How should I prepare for my appointment?

It is always recommended to "shop" for brows that you like on our Instagram feed or elsewhere online.  These images help the artist best shape the brows to your liking.  Please also see the recommended instructions for preparing for your appointment:
