Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Payments can be made with CASH or SWISH. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Treatment price includes necessary 4-8 week touch-up; Brows are then considered done. If you do not come for your touch-up before 8 weeks, you forfeit the included touch-up and you will need to pay the regular refill price of 1200:-
Additional touch-ups or refills are at the expense of the client, unless otherwise indicated by the artist.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment incur a 1200:- late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment incur a full treatment price charge. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment is also considered ‘late cancellation’ and incurs a full treatment price charge.
Children are not allowed to accompany parents to the studio. As you are laying down with your eyes closed during the treatment, you are not able to watch them, and neither am I. Even if you know your child is able to sit quietly, I do not have a waiting area.
Only one gift voucher can be used per booking; gift vouchers may not be combined with other seasonal or promotional discounts.
Color retention and final appearance of brows depends heavily on the individual‘s skin type and condition, aftercare protocol adherence, skincare routines, and various lifestyle factors. No refunds are given for this treatment, given the many individual, lifestyle and environmental factors that can affect the final outcome - all of which are outside the artist’s control.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCEDURE CANNOT BE DONE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, BREASTFEEDING, TAKING BLOOD THINNERS OR ACNE MEDICATION. IF YOU ARRIVE TO AN APPOINTMENT UNDER ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT AND WILL NEED TO PAY FULL PRICE REGARDLESS.**
