The first step is the shaping/drawing of the brows according to PhiBrows methodology. The brows are drawn to fit the shape of the customers face and some modifications can be made to suit the customer desires.
The artist then selects and/or mixes the pigments to match the natural hair's color. At this stage, the customer can also review the shape before the artist begins.
The artist then begins drawing individual hair strands in the direction of natural growth. It is done using a manual pen with sterile blades that deposit pigment into the uppermost layers of the skin. The blade glides with gentle pressure, causing fine scratches that resemble hairs.
After the artist has drawn each individual hair, anesthetic is applied. This completely numbs the area so the artist can continue to work while the client is completely relaxed and comfortable.
After completing all necessary strokes, the artist will then remove excess ink from the skin and apply a pigment mask (if necessary). PhiBrows Skin Candy will be applied to the brow to seal in the color.
The customer will be provided with written instructions for aftercare, but can return to their daily activities with minimal redness around the brow area. A second treatment is scheduled 4-8 weeks following the first appointment - only then are your brows considered complete.
